Certified organic extra virgin olive oil, which combines the Carrasqueña (70%) and Morisca (30%) varietals.
Our oil is extracted cold (22º) the same day the organic olives are harvested.
Nose: Medium intensity of fruitiness, with a combination of leaf and grass. Light notes of almonds and aromatic herbs are also perceived. The Moorish variety adds fruit intensity.
Palate: A medium intensity of both bitterness and spiciness is detected, combining a persistent green with notes of ripe fruit and a light almond.
