RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

In Baeturia Organic SL, we take care of the quality and we always supply our products with a wide period of preferential consumption from the shipment of our products, assuring all our customers that they are in an optimal state.

Cancellations

If your order is still in our facilities – 24 hours have not passed since you confirmed it – it is possible to cancel or modify it at no additional charge. You can do so by sending us an email – stating your name, order number and relevant rectification – or by calling us during working hours from Monday to Friday.

If the order has already left our warehouse, and you wish to continue with the cancellation or modification, the transport costs will be charged, and the rest of the purchase amount will be reimbursed. In the case of free shipping, the amount of 1€ for each kg included in the order in mainland Spain, 2€ kg in the Balearic Islands and 3€ in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be deducted from the refund for transport costs.

Returns and exchanges

You may return or exchange a product if one of the following conditions is met:

1.- Withdrawal of your purchase: If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may return your order within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt. For this purpose, the package must be with the original seals and packaging. In this case, the customer shall bear the cost of return.

2.- Hygienic-sanitary problems: If the product is not in good condition and may pose a health risk, we will pay for the costs of transport, once we have checked the condition of the item we send you in our facilities. To do so, you must send us an e-mail indicating your name and order number, as well as the product you wish to return and the reasons. Also, please let us know if you would like a refund of the amount you paid or a replacement of your initial order.

3.- Product damaged by transport: If you notice any damage to the packaging of your order, you should note it on the delivery note or invoice, and if possible, open it in the presence of the carrier. Notify us of the incident within 24 hours of receipt of the product in order to make the necessary arrangements.

4.- Wrong merchandise: If we deliver an order that is not the one you selected, please let us know by phone or e-mail immediately so that we can correct the error and send you the correct order as soon as possible.

5.- Personal appraisals on the quality of the product:

Return conditions

Shipping costs for any return shall be borne by the customer. In the cases 2, 3 and 4 of the previous paragraph, and once the return has been received at our facilities, we will proceed to refund the shipping costs.

The return period is 7 calendar days from receipt of the order. After this period, we do not guarantee the acceptance of the return. However, please do not hesitate to contact us to try to find a solution.

Returned products must be in their original packaging.
