Organic olive groves are characterized by the non-use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides. This is reflected not only in the respect for the environment, but also in the absence of these substances in the fruit, the only ingredient of our extra virgin olive oil.
By taking advantage of natural resources, such as the quality of the soil, rainfall, plant cover, some insects or domestic animals, the organic olive grove achieves yields similar to those of conventional olive groves, but with a notably higher quality.
