Certified organic extra virgin olive oil, combining the Carrasqueña (70%) and Morisca (30%) varietals. Our oil is cold pressed (22º) the same day the organic olives are harvested. Tasting notesNose: Medium intensity of fruitiness, with a combination of leaf and grass.
Light notes of almonds and aromatic herbs are also perceived.
The Moorish variety adds fruit intensity. Palate: A medium intensity of both bitterness and spiciness is detected, combining a persistent green with notes of ripe fruit and light almond.
