Our oil is extracted cold (22º) the same day the organic olives are harvested.
Tasting note
Nose: Medium-high intensity of fruitiness, in combination with green attributes such as green grass and ripe fruit. Vegetable notes are also evident at different points of maturation.
Palate: The bitterness and spiciness are detected with medium intensity. Along with them, persistent vegetal nuances are appreciated, mixed with notes of dried fruits.
