Tasting notes

Nose: Medium intensity of fruitiness, combining the green attributes of the carrasqueña variety with the balsamic fragrance of black garlic

Mouth: The bitterness and spiciness are detected with low intensities, where a slight taste of roasted garlic and licorice stand out.
